The Problem
As part of a corporate sustainability initiative to reduce waste and expand recyclable packaging, Australia Post set targets to cut landfill waste by 20% and boost its recycling rate to 70%. However, the absence of robust data and a reliable platform for regular reporting, particularly to meet APCO requirements – posed a significant challenge.
