With a global team working across multiple time zones, at MSAC we are continuously looking at ways to strengthen team engagement and support our team at work and in their daily lives.
Below are just some of the ways we do this.
We understand that our team members have different life priorities and we aim to align these with our business needs. Whether it is the school run, Dr’s appointments or working holidays, we encourage our team to have that conversation with their line manager.
Flexible Work Locations
With half our team working 100% remote and the other half (in Australia) working within a hybrid model, we view remote work as the norm and location is not a barrier if your skills and experience are right for the role.
Recognition and Development
At MSAC we acknowledge the valuable contributions from our team members and encourage everyone to call out a job well done! This can be in the form of Teams announcements for anniversaries, a gift hamper or voucher for someone who’s gone above or a team lunch to celebrate completing a project.
We are constantly looking at ways to upskill our team (professionally and personally) and provide opportunities for internal secondments.
Mental Health and Wellbeing
All team members are eligible for the MSAC Employee Assistance Program and full funding to complete a Mental Health First Aid course.
MSAC is committed to building and maintaining a workplace environment and culture that is inclusive, supports mental health and wellbeing and prevents discrimination (including bullying and harassment).
Located on the Surf Coast in Torquay, Australia, our team members who pop into the office can enjoy being only a 10 minute drive from the beach (lunch surf anyone?) and walking distance to great coffee and yummy pastries. There’s a casual dress vibe, birthday cakes, laughter and sometimes visits from the little ones (both human and the furry ones).
To stay connected and make collaborating easier, we’ve got state of the art equipment with big screens to dial in our remote team members.
As a rapidly growing business, we are always looking for new talent to join the MSAC Team. If you believe your skills are well suited to our business, please use the link below to get in touch and share your CV with us. Opportunities are regularly arising and if we already have your details, you will be the first person we get in touch with. Be pro-active and give yourself the best chance to join our great team on the Surf Coast.
